Lenzuola grigie, asciugamani grigie, muri grigi. Era tutto sporco. Il bagno era una cosa indecente, penso che non veniva pulito dal 1’ giorno d’apertura. Abbiamo lasciato subito l’hotel e alloggiato in un’altro

Hotel was not clean, very unprofessional staff. They were fighting each other. Unclean room. Water was not provided by the hotel.

They given us two beded small room, there was no space for extra bed. Stuff were not responding. Old and dirty bed sheet, towels pillow covers were given. In thus cold season there was no geyser. Overall our stay was very bad😢.

I m booking hotel from make my 訂房網站 25th sep for four days but they not give me room key staff say room is not available. After discussing he shift me other hotel. There is so small room and there is not working ac. I complain but not solve my problem. So bad experience. Sory now i m leave the hotel

It was a bad experience to stay at this third quality place they are not providing blankets in winters no hot water in the shower no water bottle provided this hotel gives services like third quality 200 rupee hotels

Poor management and poor facilities. No hot water, dirty bed sheets and no cleanliness. Overall not at all satisfied with the service. Clearly not justified with its rating.

Worst hotel in delhi. Do not believe in photos. Staff is terrible. Room are terrible. Old bedsheet towels. Unhygenic, bathroom accessories not working. No geyser working, lift not working.

The hotel room was very small and suffocated, we have to kept open the window to keep room airy, centralised air conditioning was very bad, bed sheets, pillow cover all were dirty

Great hotel, good service, close to the metro, excellent location in main buzzer, recommend. A hotel with an elevator facing the inner side, there is no noise from the road and the hustle and bustle
